Meditation and Mindfulness
I first meditated in the Himalayas over 35 years ago and have practiced in a number of traditions including Vedanta, Zen, Mahayana, and Sufi. I have also taken part in sweat-lodges, trance-dance and have undertaken courses in other forms of somatic (body) healing. I guide meditations and visualisations and have taught mindfulness courses. I regularly use mindfulness based approaches with coaching clients and this can work online as well as face to face to increase well-being and decrease stress and anxiety. I have practiced yoga daily for 8 years and am a qualified British Wheel of Yoga teacher. I teach regular yoga classes on the Welsh Borders (which you can find on Facebook or contact me directly). I am also available for private classes for individuals, families, groups or organisations, which can be tailored to your needs.
