Spring Awakening & Nature Connection
Spring Awakening & Nature Connection Retreat
Join us for a nourishing day centred on curiosity, connection, and community. This retreat offers a warm, open space to step back from the everyday, explore new perspectives, and realign with the natural rhythms of the earth.
The day will include heart-centred yoga and gentle Qigong to bring mindful movement and presence to the body, alongside a seasonal guided meditation that invites reflection and deepens our shared presence. We will spend time outdoors experiencing an immersive sound walk—exploring the landscape both with and without headphones—complemented by breathwork and tree breaths to ground ourselves in the wider web of life. We will also dive into the Wheel of the Year, exploring the energy of Spring and new beginnings. There will be plenty of space for journaling, paints, and colours to playfully explore emerging ideas and fresh directions, all woven together with group circles, lunch, shared laughter, and a gentle final check-out to gather the insights you will take home.
