Dorset for a weekend 14-17 May

I’ll be running an extended version of the mini-retreat above except this time in a community setting, on National Trust land, a twenty minute walk from the sea. All meals and accommodation are provided and there will be plenty of time to rest and sea-gaze. I will be integrating yoga, meditation, coaching and creative approaches such as writing and art to weave a reflective and restful weekend. There will also be time to walk, swim (weather and pain threshold depending) and explore places like Lyme Regis in free time. You can find out more about the venue and book here: https://othona-tempurl-co-uk.stackstaging.com/civicrm/event/info/?reset=1&id=2350&region=dorset

Snowdon for a weekend 4th -8th June

Caroline Mason is my cousin. Normally cousins just meet at weddings, funerals and, in our case, in farm yards, stroking horses. Caroline has spent her life outside with horses, growing up around farming and then building an impressive corporate career. I heard from her mum, some years ago, that Caroline was in Costa Rica and from that came a complete life change towards sustainability, regenerative agriculture and coaching. We chatted a bit and shared stories and links and time moved on until this year, she has planted herself in Snowdon (with her horses, of course, and some Dexter cattle), creating retreats to build health for women and their worlds, including the wider web of life. Caroline is younger than me, the next generation, so I was completely chuffed that she has asked me to teach yoga on her retreats! I’m so excited to be working with her, in a beautiful place on such a great project. So, if you are needing some time to reflect, time to connect, time to yourself, have a look at what Caroline is up to and maybe book: https://carolinemasoncoaching.co.uk/june-and-september-2026-retreat-rest-rise/
