We are well

recovering

he heals

life carries on

 

Gratitude for friends

health

work that flexes

home that snuggles

food which nurtures

bodies that work

a school that cares

a cat who has accompanied and played

medics to mend

the women in the plaster room who worked together to secure the wound

 

I wonder how he will remember this time

what difference it will make to use both

what meaning will we chose to make

what cracks has it shown that also need mending?
