Authenticity, clarity and relationship
I know, I know..I’ve been going on about horses for a couple of years now (and they are all over this new site!). Oh! I miss them in lockdown. I spoke to Liz my horse witch friend this week and no matter how she regaled me with tales of mud and cold, I still wanted to be the stables with she and her herd.
I’ve been reading books about horses and watching Dances with Wolves again, but it’s not the same as the smell of them and their strength as you lean in.
Sigh.
So, I booked a podcast chat with Rosie Withey who is the woman I did the amazing 2 day course with before lockdown, where I really had a powerful experience about boundary setting, which built on what I had experienced with Liz before.
Rosie’s own story is one of moving away from people pleasing and increasingly into authenticity through becoming aware the horses, how she responded to them, and them to her.
