You know that thing, where you could do with running an idea by someone in the next 24- 36 hours, when you just need to think something through, when you could do with a bit of signposting or guidance, some mentoring, someone to listen to your ideas and fears? Now!
I know it’s often hard to find a whole hour to dedicate to coaching and sometimes it might not even need an hour, and by the time we have both found a slot in our diary, it can sometimes feel like it’s too late. Especially at this time, when we are all on screens so much, or rushing around, or in a house full of people.
I’ve found a new way of working with people that is agile, flexible, responsive and asynchronous.

Asynchronous support is all of these things; not at the same time, and yet, deep, meaningful and emotional.
How it works – 3 easy steps.
- You get in touch here and we have a chat (we can even do this asynchronously) about what you need and then we agree on a monthly amount (a bit like a phone contract, but human to human!)
- You set a budget and pay, £1 a minute, so if you pay £30 you know you have 30 minutes of my time; to read and reply
- Then, whenever you need calming, signposting, brainstorming, coaching, ideas, feedback, listening, mentoring, information, sharing, time to think aloud, you leave me a message either by email, Whatsapp voice or text message, or even Facebook Messenger. You can send your message any time of night or day in any time zone at time which suits you and your lifestyle.
- I connect with your message and reply at a time when I can 100% focus on your message and have had time to reflect on it myself.
No appointments made. No diary planning. No needing to find a quiet private space, no waiting days before you get support.
Saying things aloud or writing them down alone can often shift you perception. Knowing that they will be received by someone who is holding space for you is very different from writing a diary that no one else sees. You also have a record so you can reflect back and might notice patterns or themes in the issues that come up for you.
It won’t be for everyone and of course I’ll still be doing one to one hour long coaching sessions which you might want to do on top of your asynchronous connection time.
I’ll delete all message and emails once I have replied so they will not exist on any of my technology.
